Firestone CC in the Real World
Located in Akron, Ohio, Firestone Country Club is home to incredible golf history. Originally commissioned by Harvey S. Firestone to serve as a park for employees of the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company, the Country Club is now home to three golf courses. The original one—the South Course—was designed by Bert Way and opened on August 10th, 1929. Ahead of the 1960 PGA Championship, the South Course was redesigned by Robert Trent Jones Sr., who added over 50 bunkers and two ponds, and significantly increased the distance. The Country Club's North Course opened in 1969; and its most recent addition, the Fazio Course (formerly known as the West Course), opened in 1989.
The South Course at Firestone Country Club, one of the most revered courses in professional golf, has hosted more than 70 professional tournaments in its day. It all began with the Rubber City Open, which was first held at Firestone in 1954. The PGA Championship was then held at the South Course in 1960, 1966, and 1975. From 1962 to 2018, the World Series of Golf (later known as the WGC-NEC and Bridgestone Invitational) was held at Firestone South; Tiger Woods won that tournament a record-setting eight times. Other members of Firestone CC's winner’s circle include names like Jack Nicklaus, Tom Nieporte, Steve Stricker, and Rory McIlroy.
Over the years, Firestone Country Club and its courses have received numerous accolades, such as:

To get us started at Firestone Country Club, we've got a special lineup of Ultimate Golf events spanning two full weeks. For the first week, Ultimate Pass holders will get exclusive early access to Firestone CC in six unique tournaments. The course will then be open to ALL Ultimate Golfers in four different tournaments the following week! Check out the full schedule here:

Exclusive to Ultimate Pass holders, this 3-round Tournament will have two days of 9-hole events, concluding with a 48-hour 18-hole round on Wednesday & Thursday. All three rounds will take place at Firestone Country Club!

Came in 1st in the desert challenge and did not receive my reward or was there not one
Is there a reason why I have 2 “special” Firestone CC tournaments? One I made all the qualifications and finished the third round. I have another tournament under that one that is 18 holes with an entry fee of 250 cash. I entered that tournament and played it. It has no cut line with 100 players.
