Welcome to the Sweater Weather Showdown

Temperatures are beginning to fall just like the autumn leaves, which can only mean one thing... SWEATER WEATHER is upon us! (Well, in some parts of the world, anyways). Celebrate the changing seasons by teeing off at Latrobe for a week-long, autumn-colored UG Showdown ๐Ÿ‚๐ŸŒ๏ธ

This Week's Showdown: Sweater Weather

The Sweater Weather Showdown begins on Monday, November 14, and will take place exclusively on Arnold Palmer's Latrobe Country Club. Winds will be fixed for each round of this Showdown, giving you the perfect opportunity to put those practice pins to use and lower your scores!

The Showdown Rundown

Individual qualifying rounds will happen Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. These rounds will be played on the front 9 holes of the selected course. You only need to qualify ONCE out of the three days in order to advance to the semi-finals. You'll get TWO replays for these rounds.

The semi-final round will take place over Thursday and Friday, which means you'll have 48 hours to lock in your score for the round. This way, everybody can play at their own pace! This round will include 18 holes of the selected course. You'll only have ONE replay for this round.

The final round will be played Saturday and Sunday, with 48 hours to complete 18 holes once again. You won't get any replays for this round, which makes it the ideal time to use practice pins to dial in on each hole and make each shot count!

Rewards are better than EVER. We've boosted the Major Trophy balls for these Tournaments, which will be awarded in addition to standard Trophy balls. We've also increased the number of reward bags and the coin purse.

TLDR: This is our biggest tournament, where you have the greatest chance of making the cut, with the best rewards available. You won't want to miss itโ€”especially this colorful autumn edition! ๐Ÿ‚โ›ณ๐ŸŒ๏ธ

I have been playing this game for quite sometime now and there is a flaw I have seen within the last year or so. With a 2 foot put on a flat green the ball Iโ€™m not kidding here it stops and rolls back like hitting an invisible wall. Som of the wind direction are fun at times but I have had on a certain hole that it always ends up in the bunker in the same spot. No matter if I am hitting it up the middle with low wind , right to left with high winds of 13 to 15 mph or left to right. I thought it was me so I had my brother in law whoโ€ฆ

Time for another boss battle. I can tell you exactly how this will play out. 1st round will be a win for me against a similar opponent. The 2 nd round will be against a rookie 1 or 2 with every possible 1st place trophy that gets an eagle or better on every hole.

I see some people are upset about the calculator that's available. I'm here to tell you that it's not that big a deal. It's just math. There are so many variables involved that it is a guide, at best. Even if you manage to line everything up , you can still miss by a lot.

If you're that worried about cheaters, take a look at tโ€ฆ
